(Serves 3 - Bagged - Stove Top) We have some great chili recipes and this is a real favorite. Lots of b vitamins and zinc in this lean and light chili! Ground beef, bell pepper, onion, garlic, tomatoes, chili beans, butternut squash, beef broth and corn. (We leave our chili very mild so it is kid friendly, add spice to your liking) Enjoy!

Not a big fan of squash but this dish has a great overall quality and does a very effective job of matching the squash with other flavors to produce an appetizing and healthy meal.

We love this chili. It's a great meal for when you have no ideas. Add a salad and bread and you're there!
