VIDEO - click image to see. (Serves 3 - Oven Ready) Our new chef, Kyle, has changed this from a grilled flank steak to a roulade. We butterfly the meat, stuff it with a delicious mushroom/ garlic/blue cheese mixture. roll it and cut it into pinwheels.  It's oven ready, simply roast to perfection!

    LOVED this, though next time i order it, i'll remember to sprinkle some salt on both sides before cooking. but yes... really, really, *really* good.
