Orders can be cancelled prior to collection or shipping.
Credit card payments are typically authorized for the amount of the order and only charged the day before you collect or the day before we ship. Most often it is only charged on the same day we ship or provide the product.
If you paid by credit card and have to cancel an order, the amount charged will be refunded in full, or the sale will not be finalized and no charge will be made.
Once food is collected or shipped from our premises, the order becomes final and returns cannot be accepted as it would violate health codes.
If you are not happy with an entrée or side, please contact us by e-mail. In such a case we will investigate, and if it turns out that there was an error in how we prepared an item, we will refund it in full. We have been in business since 2004 and this rarely happens. But if you are not happy, we want to hear about it and make things right.
