28 Day Paleo Meal Plan: Kickstarting Your New Diet

If you’re ready to start eating healthier or if you’re trying to lose some weight the right way, starting a diet is a worthy - albeit possibly overwhelming - goal. As long as you don’t try to change too many things at once, you can meet your weight loss goals with some of the tips we have for you today.   1. Follow a healthy meal plan. A healthy meal plan, like our 28-day Paleo meal plan, allows you to easily include new foods into your diet that are healthier for you. Foods like vegetables, fruits, low-fat dairy, whole grains, lean meats, beans, seafood, and nuts are low-calorie options that help you stick to your diet. Plus, you’ll find a lot of these foods have lots of fiber and / or low-fat protein.
  2. Take baby steps with your new diet! We realize that change is hard and we want you to be able to reach your goals through gradual changes in your eating patterns as this is the best way to overhaul your diet. Consider one or two new changes a week and stock your fridge and cupboards with healthy foods. We even suggest buying a new cookbook or subscribing to some healthy cooking YouTube channels for inspiration.
  3. Reward yourself instead of punishing yourself. This will help keep your motivation high. Don’t be too hard on yourself when you fall off the wagon or cheat on your diet - everyone does it. If you anticipate slip ups, you’ll be able to get back on track faster.
