Our Paleo clean eating diet meal plan consists of 4 convenient weekly deliveries to your doorstep of healthy, Paleo approved meals made fresh in our commercial kitchen in Round Rock, TX. Of all the popular diets Paleo seems to have more myths and bad science attached to it than anything else. Today we're dispelling some more common myths and misconceptions that surround the Paleo lifestyle and setting the record straight once and for all.

1. You're not going to feel full. False! This simply isn't the case. Not only will you find that eating a piece of good quality animal protein, along with some vegetables and fruit makes you feel full, but the feeling lasts for much longer. You don’t have to count the calories, you just need to eat when you feel hungry and remember to eat as many vegetables as possible.

2. You'll never be able to enjoy normal foods again. False! On the contrary: Your life isn’t over, it has just begun! When it comes to following a Paleo lifestyle there isn’t any need for you not to enjoy a normal treat once in a while. Just eat your veggies the next day!

3. It's a nutritionally unbalanced diet. False! While many people consider the fact that you have to remove legumes and grains from your diet naturally unbalanced, these foods aren’t actually as nutrient dense as the foods you choose to eat when following the Paleo lifestyle.
