The Studio Kitchen Is Busting Common Ready Made Meal Myths

When you order your Studio Kitchen ready made meals. you can always rest easy knowing that they are prepared fresh in small batches, right here in our kitchen. In this day and age, hardly anybody (many restaurants included), does it this way! Today we're tackling some common misconceptions about ready made meals and meal planning so that we can set the record straight once and for all.

Myth 1: Lunches should be something different every day.

Why does it have to be different every day? Was there a law passed that we don’t know about? Of course you want to keep variety in your meals but as long as you like what you're eating for lunch every day, it doesn't have to be something different unless you just feel like switching things up. .

Myth 2: Breakfast and lunch should always be different.

Again, why? What’s the harm in having sourdough pancakes for breakfast and lunch if that's what you want? Sourdough is a healthy source of carbohydrates and grain.

Myth 3: Snacks are made of starches and are supposed to crunch.

Here's a fun fact: Snacks are whatever foods you serve and eat between “meals.” They do not have to be crackers or cookies or chips. Consider apples and bananas, or even yogurt with some granola!
