(Serves 6) - This is a great breakfast muffin which has a real chunky type texture.  Sweetened only with dates and raisins with the seeds soaked to better aid digestion, this will surely become a staple in your diet as it has mine. Very satisfying!

These are so delicious and fill my need for bread and something just a little sweet but not enough to unleash my "sugar monster".

They’re very expensive. If not for that, I’d have one for breakfast every day.

I love these. They are filling, not to sweet and guilt free.

For someone who can't stomach eggs all the time in the morning these are awesome! They do go well with a cup of coffee.
