(Serves 3 - Stovetop) This is an India inspired dish converted to Paleo (no butter!) but has all the right flavors! Diced chicken thighs, onions, garlic, ginger, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, coconut milk, almond flour and lots of Indian spices. Comes with Cauliflower Rice, quick tasty meal!
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Pour the bag of Butter Chicken into a saucepan and heat gently. Saute the Cauli Rice in an oil of your choice until crisp tender. Serve the Chicken over the Cauli Rice. Can be garnished with cilantro and sliced green onions. Pair with Kale Salad, Veggie Stir Fry or Green Bean Almandine.
