My super picky kids both told me that this was definitely one to reorder. There were 10 shells in the tray, so it worked out to be four servings for us. (My daughter doesn't eat much and the fourth serving was lunch the next day.) I would absolutely recommend this dish. The sauce was very flavorful - not blah like store-bought sauces. The cheese melted beautifully - and tasted great. A great dish for meatless Mondays!

Great flavor! The nuts give it a different texture which is different than traditional shells from the grocery store. Great paired with garlic and a veggie. Also really love the chunks of tomato which cook up nicely!
I loved this recipe a lot. Two of my three kids liked it. One (the teenager!) wasn't fond of the texture with the walnuts but I thought it made the dish unique and gave it a great additional texture and flavor.
I will order this one again.
