I liked them but my family didn't said too gooey and couldn't taste the chicken.

I love the chicken almondine. The only thing I do different than the instructions, is after half way in the cooking process, I separate the chicken pieces in the cooking tin, just to try to get them to brown a little. As far as flavor, tenderness...this is truly one of my favorites!
