Empty contents of the bags of chicken and vegetable mixture into saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Uncover, cook 3 minutes. Add portion cup of butter and parsley, stirring until butter melts Rice – Bring two cups of water to boil in a pot with a tight fitting lid. Add rice, 1 tsp butter and 1/2 tsp salt.
