Ed and I have enjoyed this wonderful dish since we first tried it 2 years ago. SK created the hard part, and we just recently added a little Al Fredo sauce to address it up and it became a tasty new option for an already popular hit!

These were so delicious. I have to be honest, I was worried when I read the ingredients, and even after watching the video on making them, that they might be lacking in actual chicken content inside... not at ALL. They were packed with big chunks of yummy chicken. These are truly *chicken* pockets, not cream cheese pockets with some chicken thrown in. Everyone loved them!! please keep them on your menu. I know most folks maybe try to stay healthy with a lot of the meals here, but not me haha, we talked about having it be even better with a tiny bit more crunch on the outside so next time after I heat them through I'm going to either throw them in the frying pan with a little butter to crisp up the outside OR I may just drop them in the fryer! Yuummm can't wait to eat these again!

This is one of our favorites! Crispy on the outside and flavorful shredded chicken on the inside. I love that there isn't extra dough (calories) - just the yummy stuff. The whole family loves it!

I absolutely loved the chicken pockets and thought they were great. However they did not get all that crispy as we were expecting so my wife who prefers a little crunch didn't enjoy them nearly as much. We'll likely purchase them again and give them another try and hope for a better result on the breading.

I have a very picky husband and he loves this dish. Creamy in the inside with huge chucks of quality chicken, can't get this anywhere with this quality. Love it.

I would eat these all the time if i could. they are amazing. I need to remember that they arent always on the monthly menu so I need to stock up on them when they are.

When I heard that these were very good I ordered them. I was somewhat disappointed but they tasted very good. I was expecting a 'crust pocket' but these are really just a good sized chicken meatball. I would try these again maybe place them in some light dough, make a pocket out of Phyllo dough, or even hollow out a ciabatta roll and brush with an egg yolk prior to baking.

We always stock up when any of the pockets are on the menu! My daughter likes the chicken best while hubby prefers the sausage. Lucky me! I love them all!

This dish defrosts quickly and only takes about 25minutes of baking time. It is also a dish everyone likes.
