(Serves 3 - Bagged - Stove Top) Lean chicken breast filets you brown in a skillet then cooked in a sauce of apple juice, lemon juice, and rosemary. Add a little cream at the end then serve over rice. (The apple juice makes the cream sauce sweet) Quick and terrific!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:  Rice: Bring two cups of water to boil in a pot with a tight fitting lid.  Add rice, 1 tsp butter and ½ tsp salt. Bring back to boil, cover and lower heat. Cook 20 minutes or until all water is absorbed.  Take off burner and let rest with lid on for a few minutes. Meanwhile, spray a skillet with oil and brown chicken over medium heat for about 4 minutes per side. Add the apple juice mixture. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Remove chicken and keep warm. Stir the  cream slowly into the liquid in skillet. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2  minutes or until thickened slightly.  Return chicken to skillet. Serve over rice. Suggested sides: Golden Macaroni Cheese and Herbed Squash Saute.

    This is one of our favorites. Flavors really go well together and the sauce keeps the chicken very moist.

    We loved the chicken with apple cream sauce. The rosemary is the strongest flavor in the dish and the apple juice gave it just a hint of sweetness.
