(Serves 3 - Bagged, Stove top)(Diet Friendly) Easy, light and quick! These lean chicken breasts are sauteed in a light batter of almond flour, peppers and paprika, then topped with a sauce of lemon juice, chicken broth and capers. Yum!
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Pour a little oil into a skillet and heat over medium high heat. Meanwhile, empty almond flour mixture onto a plate. Dip each breast into the almond flour mixture, pressing to coat on both sides. Place the breasts in the skillet and cook until done, don’t over cook. Transfer to a heated platter. Pour ¼ cup of water into the skillet and empty the contents of the portion cup into the skillet. Scrape up any brown bits from the bottom and dissolve the chicken base thoroughly. Cook until heated through. Pour over the chicken breasts. Serve with Sweet Potato Nuggets, Sauteed Brussel Sprouts - Paleo.

Tasted really good, but in my opinion, needed more lemon juice. We ate it with rice and a side of grilled peppers.
This is easy to fix and really good flavor. We buy this one every time.
We liked the taste this dish, the prep of the meal was kind of a pain. I don't particularly enjoy pan frying anything because it's messy. If there was a baking open for same dish I would be all on board.
The Chicken breast with almond flour, capers, etc. was so delicious. The meat was fresh and so to make with all the ingredients measured out for you.
This was a good meal. The crunchy almond coating was delicious. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's not at the top of my list of the other delicious KETO friendly entrees Studio Kitchen offers!
It didn't come with the noodle as pictured of course but this recipe is one of my favorites so far. The sauce complements the chicken nicely.
This meal is easy to prepare and the flavor is delicious. It's one of our favorite TSK products. Highly recommended.
