COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Melt coconut oil in skillet on stove top over medium heat. Season chicken with mushroom, salt and pepper. Brown chicken on both sides. Add the sauce. It's really good, but be careful not to overcook. I followed directions and it felt slightly overcooked because the chicken was pretty thin. It dries out when it's cooked too long. Good flavor though - maybe even better if you marinate the chicken in some of the sauce first

We did not use the coconut oil, but olive. It was a very savory dish and the perfect amount of spices and sauce. I added more water as I let it simmer a bit longer but it was great.

I would prefer a bit more seasoning, but these have a pleasant flavor. Do NOT fry them for 4 minutes per side, or you'll have tough chicken.

You really cannot leave the Studio Kitchen without this entree if it is available. It has a bit of everything. Even though this is Paleo it is a super dish. Very filling and tasty!

So much flavor!! I honestly didn't like mushrooms before this dish and I love that it's made with coconut milk. A great way to get some seriously healthy fat into the diet!
