    Moist but bland

Chicken cooked very nicely and was very moist. The sauce was lacking flavor and a little bland.

This was really marvelous. We cleaned our plates so well that I considered just putting them away instead of washing them. Seriously delicious.

    Good, but don't overcook!

Posted by Unknown on 14th Sep 2017

It's really good, but be careful not to overcook. I followed directions and it felt slightly overcooked because the chicken was pretty thin. It dries out when it's cooked too long. Good flavor though - maybe even better if you marinate the chicken in some of the sauce first

    Great sauce!

We did not use the coconut oil, but olive. It was a very savory dish and the perfect amount of spices and sauce. I added more water as I let it simmer a bit longer but it was great.
