(Serves 3 - Bagged, Stove top) Boneless, skinless, 5 oz chicken breasts that you brown in a skillet.  Then add the mushrooms, chicken broth, coconut milk, basil, and simmer until slightly thickened, pour this sauce over the chicken and you have a perfect meal!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Melt coconut oil in skillet on stove top over medium heat. Season chicken with mushroom, salt and pepper. Brown chicken on both sides. Add the sauce. Cook until chicken is fully cooked and sauce is slightly thickened. Check for salt. (Don't cook too long or all of the sauce will evaporate.) Suggested Sides: Sweet Potato Nuggets, Kale Salad.

    It's really good, but be careful not to overcook. I followed directions and it felt slightly overcooked because the chicken was pretty thin. It dries out when it's cooked too long. Good flavor though - maybe even better if you marinate the chicken in some of the sauce first

    We did not use the coconut oil, but olive. It was a very savory dish and the perfect amount of spices and sauce. I added more water as I let it simmer a bit longer but it was great.

    I would prefer a bit more seasoning, but these have a pleasant flavor. Do NOT fry them for 4 minutes per side, or you'll have tough chicken.

    The mushrooms were excellent. The sauce needed to be a bit thicker, but overall, the taste was very good

    You really cannot leave the Studio Kitchen without this entree if it is available. It has a bit of everything. Even though this is Paleo it is a super dish. Very filling and tasty!

    So much flavor!! I honestly didn't like mushrooms before this dish and I love that it's made with coconut milk. A great way to get some seriously healthy fat into the diet!
