(Serves 3 - Bagged - Stovetop) Lean chicken breasts flavored with a BBQ seasoning, wrapped in bacon, then pan fried and served with a delicious white BBQ sauce. Surprisingly good! (Hint: a little BBQ sauce goes a long way, so don't use too much)

Easy to assemble (despite my misgivings about wrapping a strip of bacon around a chicken breast). Good rub and crumbs give it a good crunch.

This recipe requires a bit more prep than normal bake meals, but it is worth it. The spice rub is not too hot, but sweet (kids like that), and there is enough breading for continued applications while cooking. Use butter in the skillet and this is something you can even impress guests with. Keep this one around!!!

I did not think this would have much flavor - boy, was I wrong! This dish was SO savory and delicious packed with flavor. We were all so happy! We'll be back for more!

The whole family loved this one. The chicken came out nice and crispy with a very different fried chicken crust approach (which we liked). My toddler absolutely loved the white barbecue sauce and went to town on the chicken even though she normally doesn't really care for meat.

This fried chicken recipe is just right for summer as you do not have to start the oven. The white barbecue sauce is what makes it really tasty.

A super entree. The sauce was not what I was expecting but it was great. I would use most of the sauce adding it to a veggie side dish.
