(Serves 3 - Fresh) One pound of organic carrots plus gingerroot and coconut aminos give this a wonderful Asian flavor that pairs perfectly with any of our entrees. Delicious, quick stir fry side!
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Heat the oil in a heavy bottomed pan. Drop the carrots and the portion cup containing the ginger and salt into the pan. Cook until carrots are just tender, about 5-7 minutes. Add coconut aminos and stir. Simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes to reduce aminos to a light glaze. Serve with the chopped green onions on top.
