Squash was perfectly seasoned and so easy to cook. I honestly don’t usually love squash, but this was very good! Only reason it got four stars is because squash is not my favorite. I eat it because it is good for me
I actually roast these veggies along with my meat and they are delicious. I like being able to,prep,things together for less clean up.
This dish was really good.
The squash in this dish was fresh, crisp and seasoned nicely. The only issue I have is that the portion given is very small considering it should serve 3.
Oh, if I would only take the time to combine their "magic spices." I love squash (husband does not), but he ate a good portion - yea!
I might order this again sometime.
