(Serves 3 - Oven Ready) I have looked for a long time for a good stuffed bell pepper recipe among traditional cooking recipes. Well, I finally found one but in the Paleo tradition. Once again, we save you a lot of time on this entree. Hearty, satisfying and healthy.



COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:  Bake, covered at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until heated through. Suggested Sides: Sweet Potato Nuggets and Cauliflower Rice Pilaf.

    The stuffed peppers were great. Lots of flavor. I was surprised to learn it doesn’t come with marinara.. But, I will order again, knowing that I will need to add my own marinara.

    I order this every time! Great to have these in the freezer. They are really filling and tasty. Way easier than making them yourself!

    We've had this three times. It's one of my favorite go to because it's quick, easy and bell pepper and meat are seasoned great!

    I am not normally a green pepper fan but I thought I'd give it a try. I was very surprised at how much I truly enjoy this dish! I actually like eating the peppers and so does my son and husband, which was even more surprising to me!
