Our healthy grass finished ground beef is mixed with spices and almond flour, then a layer of Kale Pesto is spread on top, and then topped with slices of a wonderful Kielbasa from Pederson's Natural Farms. Very healthy and good! Serve with Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Walnut "Cheese" Sauce and Herbed Squash Saute.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bake at 400, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165. This will have quite a lot of fat around the edges of the pan, with a little bit of the Kale color mixed in, and will shrink a bit. Just pour it off before serving.

I just don't think I liked the flavors of this meat loaf, I was not able to eat it.
I love meatloaf but this is not my favorite. I didn't care for the really dense texture and the overall flavor.
It is a bit greasy, but it does have Keilbasa on it. I just drained it and then the yum started.
This is a bit greasy but tastes delicious.
