(Serves 3 - Oven Ready)  I love when we develop ground beef recipes because we get to use our local grass fed meat from Augustus Ranch, which is incredibly nutrient dense.  This is a very flavorful meatloaf using onion, carrots, mushrooms, celery, cilantro, eggs and lots of spices.  This will be a regular on your table!

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:  For best results defrost in fridge for 48 hours. Bake uncovered at 375 for 75 minutes or until done. Let cool 15 minutes before serving. Suggested sides: Veggie Stir Fry, Herbed Squash Saute - Paleo.
