(Serves 3) - I ate a lot of butternut when I lived in South Africa and loved it. We've developed this recipe using the same "cheese sauce" as we use in the Roasted Brussels Sprouts with "Cheese" Sauce and it's good. Hope you enjoy!

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Turn on your oven to 375. Place aluminum foil on a cookie sheet and empty portion cup containing the coconut oil on the middle of the sheet of foil. Place in oven and let oil melt while oven is heating. Once oven is pre-heated, remove pan from oven and toss butternut in melted oil and spices being careful not to burn yourself. Cook for 30 minutes. Placed cooked butternut into a bowl, add "cheese" sauce and stir to combine.
