(Serves 3 - Frozen) What's great about using frozen organic green beans, is that you can stock up in the freezer and will always have a delicious healthy side to put with any main dish. These are roasted with olive oil, Coconut Aminos (sort of like soy sauce) and black pepper. They are roasted long enough to release a really nice flavor. Great way to eat green beans!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: (Cook From Frozen) Pre-heat your oven to 400. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper. Spread the frozen green beans in a single layer and cook until dry, about 10 minutes. Pile the green beans up and pour the contents of the portion cup over them, tossing to combine. Spread the beans out again in a single layer. Cook for about 25 minutes or until the beans are shriveled with some brown spots on them and liquid is absorbed.
