(Serves 3) This is a wonderful mix of house made sausage (using our local ground pork from Dyer Mercantile) and shredded Brussels sprouts. Fully cooked, just heat up in oven. Use this to stuff flour or almond tortillas for breakfast tacos, or anytime! Really delicious!
