(Serves 3 - Frozen - Stove top) NOW EVEN MORE - A wonderful blend of organic cauliflower that has been "riced", then mixed with chopped apricots, raisins, onions, garlic, cumin, cinnamon and Real salt and pepper. You sauté this up in a skillet and it is delicious! This is now my favorite way to eat cauliflower!
COOK FROM FROZEN: Place contents of small baggie in skillet over medium heat. Saute until soft and fragrant. Add cauliflower and saute about 4 minutes or until crisp tender (not mushy). Serve and enjoy.

Admittedly I had reservations about trying this side but it was one of the better ones in my opinion. Don't change a thing!
not my favorite

This is an OK dish for me. Just nothing special.

Good for variety.

LOVED this. The flavors all went really well together and it made the cauliflower super tasty.

This had a pungent aroma. Taste was mediocre.
Loved the fruit

What a great way to fix a vegetable. Seasoned perfectly.

Not a fan at all!
Not a cauliflower eater

I don't like cauliflower but gave this a try. I didn't like it but my husband did.

Husband does not realize it is cauliflower, I'm not telling him.

Welcome to flavor town! This is seriously delicious. I would have never come up with this flavor combination on my own. We had it for dinner with my in-laws and everyone loved it.

Easy to prepare
Not to my taste

Thought this would be good with the cauliflower but did not like the sweetness. Rice Pilef does not have a sweetness
Omg, omg, omg!

How in the WORLD did you take something sooo bland and make it sooo magnificent???
Served this as per suggested with the Mulligatawny Stew ... WOW!! What an exquisite combo! The next day I ran out of stew so I added some of your sweet potato nuggets... Another home run!
I will put this on my list of "re-order every time" as it makes me satiated in the absence of bread and pasta (which is a tough feat).... You are making this eating Paleo thing waaaaay too easy and yummy!
Just wondering why this wouldn't be freezable so I can order more at once?

I was not looking forward to this because I don't usually like raisins in anything, but it was delicious! I could see this going as a "stuffing" side with turkey on Thanksgiving.
Very, very good!

My husband & I had it for 3 meals (as a side) for the 2 of us. It tasted as good the 3rd time as the first. Very, very good!
I want more!

This was de-lish and I would LOVE to have a larger serving! Guiltless and tasty!!

I have just recently started in the world of using cauliflower as substitutes for different things. I was a bit skeptical on this since I don't like cooked raisins. This was absolutely delicious! I will be buying more for sure.
Cauliflower Rice Pilaf

This is an excellent side that we will continue to order when we complete our 28 day paleo plan.
Very filling and healthy

We love this! Great meal and quick. Definitely will order every week

The taste is quite plain and then the it grew. Not quite my flavor. I am not a big fan of Indian Food. I too would just sauce the cauliflower and not add the other spices.

This was something I did NOT expect I would imagine liking as I am not typically a big fan of raisins. And yet, the raisins added just the right amount of sweetness to the dish.
Great side dish

Loved the flavors and so easy to cook in a skillet. I make this myself at home but I like the mix of flavors in this one better. Saved me a lot of time in the kitchen.
BEST TRICK EVER1

My husband wont eat any vegetables except green beans. I made this last night and did not tell him what it was. When he tasted it I was waiting for his usual complaints, but there were none. He ate every bit of this and when it was gone he said "That was the best rice I ever had. Is there anymore!"
Posted by Unknown on 14th Mar 2015
I eat this by itself as a meal. The curry is light and fabulous!
I can do this!
Posted by Unknown on 15th Jun 2014
New to paleo and not so sure about it all, but if I can eat things like this then I have hope!

This was outstanding and not so bad for you. My family LOVED it!

I love this pilaf and my husband just can't get enough of it. We always order 2 bags when we get this!

My husband thought this was rice...waited unti he ate it all before I told him it was cauliflower! We both love this dish.
Not my style of spice
Posted by Melissa on 29th Jan 2013
I didn't care for the "extras" that were included. I don't like the idea of raisins or cinnamon in my cauliflower. If I bought again, I would skip the spice/veggie packet and just sauté in olive oil or butter and eat with salt and pepper. I'm a Texas girl so these additions and spices were weird for me. I like cauliflower. It would have been better for me natural.
