(Serves 3 - Bagged) One of the best and most tender cuts of meat, this Pork Tenderloin pairs with  our homemade BBQ sauce made with dried apricots, onions, ginger root, garlic and spices.  Yummy!


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:  Bake: Put the tenderloin in a casserole dish, spoon half of the BBQ Sauce on it.  Cook at 375 for 50 to 60 minutes of until temp reaches 160 - 170.  Serve sliced with the rest of the BBQ sauce.

    This one was easy to make and was a fairly large portion but doesn't have a lot of flavor.
