Featuring locally sourced, pastured raised meats and organic vegetables, you'll love our 5-star, chef prepared recipes. We've done all the shopping, chopping, and measuring for you. This is the perfect blend of prepared and ready to prepare! Check out our plan for couples.

Price includes 3 meals per day for 7 days for one person. This is a 4 week commitment (4 x $184). This diet is a specially priced plan and as such is not eligible for weekly/monthly specials or discounts, however FREE delivery is included in our local delivery area.

Week One:

    It all tastes good and I love the time savings of having all the prep done for me. I had tried a few mail order "boxes" but didn't like being forced into 2 person plans when it's just me. I also hated the waste from all that packaging. This has far less packaging and I can return the ice pack and cooler. Food is definitely the best of any plan I've tried and quite good. Portions are great. I did the math and I'm even saving a bit over doing it myself - if you add in the value of my time, this is a deal.
