(Serves 3 - Fresh) I just love Brussels Sprouts and I'm always looking for new recipes. The ones lately have been just too time consuming without enough reward in the taste. But I found this one! Roasted and then topped with a "cheese" sauce made with walnuts and nutritional yeast. My new favorite and so, so healthy.
