My husband loves this. I found the squash flavor a little overwhelming. I guess it's an issue of personal preference.

Neither my husband or I liked this one very much. Portion much too large for 3 people.
I thought the sausage contained way too much spice. I also thought this was one dish where the portion size was too large, which made for even more spice. I feel like I tasted it all day. However, I did like the addition of the squash it smelled wonderful while cooking.
It was a bit on the salty side for me, but I don’t like a ton of salt. Himalayan I imagine.
This is so tasty...Wonderful. Better than any regular quiche I have had.
This is so good! The taste and consistency is perfect. I thought I'd miss the cheese in something like this, but I don't miss it at all. Leftovers are great in the microwave the next day. We sometimes top with a paleo friendly salsa.
