Didn't love this combination for the morning. Maybe a texture thing?

My husband loves this. I found the squash flavor a little overwhelming. I guess it's an issue of personal preference.

Not a fan of butternut squash, but it is pretty good in this dish.

Neither my husband or I liked this one very much. Portion much too large for 3 people.

    Heavily Spiced

Posted by Unknown on 27th Apr 2018

I thought the sausage contained way too much spice. I also thought this was one dish where the portion size was too large, which made for even more spice. I feel like I tasted it all day. However, I did like the addition of the squash it smelled wonderful while cooking.

It was a bit on the salty side for me, but I don’t like a ton of salt. Himalayan I imagine.
