Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.  Empty contents of container into pan and saute mixture until Brussels sprouts are crisp-tender.

    I've never really like Brussel Sprouts, but these are great. The spices are just right & they're easy to make. These are made weekly in my house!

    For someone who doesn't normally eat Brussel sprouts these are my "go to". They have great seasoning and are easy to prepare. So glad I've tried them.

    Order this every week. Easy to cook. Easy to eat because it's so yummy. Portion is great! I'm a fan of Brussels sprouts in any form but preparing them myself makes it even better (not to mention the walnuts are a great texture addition)

    This is the only way I can get my husband to eat Brussel sprouts. Although I can force myself to eat plain Brussel sprouts, at least this way I enjoy them. I do cut the larger sprouts in the package into smaller pieces however.

    All he dishes so far, after our first two wks, are very good though we would love to see more AIP dishes. I like the way you put the potatoes separate from pops stew and another dish since we use autoimmune protocol.

    Who knew Brussel sprouts could taste this good. Quick and easy to whip-up in the skills. Who ever shreds these little cabbages has made my life easy and willing to eat more servings of this yummy dish.

    These sprouts are fantastic. I order at least two a week and can not get enough of them. How they make them taste so good is beyond me. Just keep it up is all I have to say.

    The walnuts are a great addition to these brussel sprouts. This is one of my favorite side dishes!
