- Slow Cooker Chili (Grass Finished Beef) - Serves 3 - Crockpot
(Serves 3 - Bagged - Crockpot) This is a wonderful homemade version that is ready when you get home. Grass finished ground beef, black beans, kidney beans, organic diced tomatoes, jalapenos, red wine, cheddar cheese and spices. (Always mild chili here at TSK).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Empty the contents of the baggie into your slow cooker (you can use a crock pot liner for easy clean up). Break up the contents with a large spoon to ensure even cooking. This chili is very mild; add spices for heat if desired. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 6 hours. (Crock pots vary enormously) Can be served with diced onion, sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with Vegetable Medley and Garlic Bread.
