Very simple cream sauce & sprinkle of cheese over flour tortillas packed full of beef. Beef seasoning was spot on, similar to flavors in taco meat but without all the sodium and overpowering you get from those gross store bought packets. This is a winner!
Usually with the Studio Kitchen meals, there's some left for me to take for lunch. Not with the smothered enchiladas. My husband and I devoured it. So so good.
Always try and stock some extras when these are on the monthly menu. A favorite for us; easy on the 'Chef' of the house.
