COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Lay the sweet potatoes out on a baking sheet. Melt the coconut oil and pour over all, tossing to coat. Then sprinkle seasonings on and toss again. Spread potatoes out in single layer. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.

Great side dish and easy to make. Will buy again. Only suggestion is to include baking instructions when baking at 350 as well, since many of the main dishes bake at 350. I did these in the toaster oven and they came out great.

I love, love, love this sweet potato dish!!! I thought sweet potatoes had to be smothered in butter and brown sugar, but these are EXCELLENT!! They are sweet, with an excellent blend of spices. My only problem is I am trying to do all organic, and sweet potatoes are one of the non-organic dishes I should skip, so please change to organic- I would happily pay more!
