This Turkey meatloaf is great for people who cannot eat beef or who choose not to eat beef. It has great taste and visual appeal. In my household it is a great substitute for beef. We do not eat the Paleo diet but enjoy this Paleo entrée. I recommend it to everyone who wants to eat healthy.
This turkey meatloaf was a hit with my family. It made a great mean for myself and my 2 teenagers. Will definitely be getting this one again.
I think I overcooked mine a little as it was a little dry, but the spice was great. Wish it was a little larger.
