Vodka Chicken with Penne Pasta - Serves 3 - Stovetop

(Serves 3 - Bagged - Stove top) Chicken breasts cooked in a pink vodka sauce with tomatoes, fresh basil and a hint of cream. Serve over penne pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (included) and it's a very satisfying meal.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:  Place chicken in casserole dish, sprayed with Pam. Dish size should allow for sauce to cover chicken. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.  (Don’t over cook or chicken will be tough).  Meanwhile, bring large pot of water to boil. Add some oil, salt and bag of pasta. Boil for 10 – 12 minutes. Drain and serve with chicken and sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve with Frozen Organic pea, carrots, beans and corn & garlic bread.

    Vodka sauce is fabulous. Great flavor. I use whole grain pasta and it's incredible.
